You can delete your Riffo account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it cannot be undone.

In the app (iPhone and Android)

Open Riffo and tap the gear (Settings).
Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
Confirm. If your account has a password, type it.

On the website

Sign in with the Account button at the top of riffo.getmusico.com and use the button below, or Delete account inside the Account panel.

What gets deleted

Your account: email, password hash and dates.
Every open session, on every device.
Synced progress (XP, streak, stars, review, settings).
The licks you saved in Jam.

Progress stored on the device or browser itself stays there until you uninstall the app or clear the website data. Nothing is kept on our servers, except the hosting provider's technical logs, which expire on their own after a short time.

Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data in Settings > Account > Download my data.

No access to the app?

Email privacidade@getmusico.com from the account's address asking for deletion. We do it within 15 days and confirm by email.
